• Support for a juridical investigation of the legalness of the insolvency procedure
• Support of activities which promote a utilisation of the know-how achieved by CargoLifter for the building of airships, for the good of CL shareholders
• Support of the newly founded CL CargoLifter GmbH & Co KG a.A., for instance with processing customer inquiries
• Support of shareholders and convertible bond subscribers with juridical problems (selection of lawyers, bundling of congenerous cases), in particular
• support of the convertible bond subscribers who obeyed an illegitimate demand note of the insolvency manager by August 8th, 2002
• support of the bond subscribers (CL AG, November 2002) who did not get their contribution refunded by the trustee
